Attire: We’re commemorating 40 years of Buena Vista with a Red and Gold color story. Dressing up is encouraged but more casual attire is great too!
Program Schedule:
5:00PM Doors Open and Silent Auction Begins
6:15PM Please be seated for dinner
6:35PM Welcome & Special Guest Speakers
7:00PM Live Auction Begins, Dessert Dash and Raffle Drawing
8:45PM Bachata Demo & Dancing
Parking Information: Parking at The Graduate will not be free this year though it is available. We recommend carpooling with friends or taking a carshare or cab to and from The Graduate.
Payment: Ticket holders will have had the opportunity to pre-swipe their credit cards when they purchased tickets. This allows for a streamlined checkout process. There will be another opportunity to pre-swipe when you check in. Guests may also pay their balance with a credit card or check at the end of the night.

Vestimenta: Estamos conmemorando 40 años de Buena Vista con una historia de color rojo y oro. Se recomienda vestir elegante, pero también se puede llevar un atuendo más informal.

Información sobre el aparcamiento: El estacionamiento en El Graduado no será gratuito este año aunque está disponible. Recomendamos compartir el coche con amigos o tomar un coche compartido o taxi hacia y desde El Graduado.
Pago: Los poseedores de entradas habrán tenido la oportunidad de pasar previamente sus tarjetas de crédito al comprar las entradas. Esto permite agilizar el proceso de pago. Habrá otra oportunidad de pasar la tarjeta por adelantado al registrarse. Los invitados también podrán pagar su saldo con tarjeta de crédito o cheque al final de la noche.
